If you want to join, you must have permission from Lord Chemical X or any prestige member. Other than that, everyone is equal. Everyone is of the universal rank. Do not ask to become prestige. If you exhibit qualities that are outstanding such as having a better k/d ratio than other members and you having increasing PP, then you will become a candidate for an prestige position.
